Legal Intake Professionals (LIP) was born out of the concerns of injury lawyers like you who found themselves unable to effectively tap into the after-hours market of potential clients or outsource their calls on a 24-hour basis.

Before Legal Intake Professionals, injury lawyers had only two limited options available to them: traditional answering services or their own office voice mail systems. In their experiences, these injury lawyers found that the answering services were not focused on the specialized field of Personal Injury Law and, thus, were cold and impersonal and unable to effectively intake and relay the correct information to firm representatives. And with the voice mail systems, the inability of clients to reach a real human voice has an obvious disadvantage: clients often simply hang up. Both situations proved to be largely ineffective: potential clients rarely left messages, and even if they did leave their information, they were often unsatisfied with the contact that was made and would continue to call other firms.
