Automatic Outbound Intake®

  • All web form leads are called automatically, within five minutes, by a LIP Intake Specialist.
  • Up to four attempts are made on each lead (or more if you choose).
  • Setup is a snap! Simply put us in touch with the person who handles your web forms. We provide documentation for the setup, and our developer can answer any questions. Before going live, we’ll confirm that a test has been received in our system; then all future web form submissions will automatically come to LIP for follow up.

On Demand Outbound Intake®

  • You decide which leads we call rather than sending all web forms to us.
  • This option gives you more control, but is manual and requires your staff to enter a lead’s name and number via our website.
  • No setup is required. Just call us and a LIP staff member will quickly walk you through the process.

Pricing

  • Outbound intakes obtained are rolled into your standard call plan – higher volume means you pay less per intake.
  • $1.25 is charged per unsuccessful attempt.
